Travel Award

●Purpose
This travel award aims at encouraging and financially assisting young researchers to attend and present a paper at Asian Pacific Prion Symposium (APPS).

●Eligibility
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements.
・ Member of Asian Pacific Society of Prion Research (APSPR)
・ Under 37 years old at the day of submission
・ Presenter of a poster or an oral paper at APPS

●Awarding
The following travel stipends will be granted to each awardee at the award ceremony of APPS.
・ International travel: \80,000 - 30,000 JPY (maximum, depending on the travel distance)
・ Domestic travel: \30,000 - 20,000 JPY (maximum, depending on the travel distance)

●Submission and Deadline
Complete and submit the application form [Application form for Travel Award APPS2019] in a pdf file to the Secretariat of APSPR by e-mail. Deadline of submission is September 8 (Sun), 2019.

●Review and Notification
Ad hoc committee of the Board of Trustees of APSPR will review the applications and select awardees. The result will be notified to every applicant by the date announced by the Secretariat of APSPR.

●Release of Information
Name and affiliation of awardees will be opened on the web site of APSPR.
